Manticore™ Medial Anchor (TIG55 and TIG65)

Description

The Medial Anchor is a fully cannulated anchor designed for increased blood flow, and it features a unique thread pitch which aids in insertion and maximizes pull out strength. The anchor allows for any suture or tape line to be added, giving the surgeon the freedom to decide. 


The anchor is available two sizes: the TIG55 (5.5mm diameter) and the TIG65 (6.5mm diameter). They come with or without a double suture lasso, which can be useful for threading suture through the eyelets of the anchor.

Manticore™ Lateral Knotless Anchor

Description

The Manticore Lateral Knotless Anchor allows for suture tensioning even after the anchor is partially placed in bone, giving surgeons continued control over cuff pressure, all in a knotless construct. 


The anchor is available in two sizes: the TIG48 (4.8mm diameter) and the TIG60 (6.0mm diameter). They come with or without a suture lasso, which can be useful for threading suture through the eyelet of the anchor.

Manticore™ Labral Anchor

Description

This Labral Anchor is to be used when tying knots as it allows the suture to slide even after the anchor is inserted. The anchor features two sliding channels, a sharp tip for insertions, and an eyelet for holding suture.


This anchor comes with or without a suture lasso, which can be useful for threading suture through the eyelet of the anchor.

Description

This Labral Anchor is knotless, so no tying is needed. The anchor is fully ribbed to maximize pullout strength has a  sharp tip for insertion, and an eyelet for securing suture. 


This anchor comes with or without a suture lasso, which can be useful for threading suture through the eyelet of the anchor.

Boomerang Button

Description

 

The Boomerang Button is used to reattach soft tissue to bone with suture. The button employs a dual rotational method of securing itself in both unicortically and bicortically, giving surgeons reliable control of the system and a secure position to fixate soft tissue to bone. 


The buttons are used with a refillable caddy. Compatible with TIGOLOOP.

The anchor is available in three sizes: the TIGD37 (3.75mm diameter), the TIGD47 (4.75mm diameter), and the TIGD57 (5.75mm diameter).

Tomahawk Anchor

Description

The Tomahawk Anchor is a fully cannulated anchor designed for increased blood flow, and it features a unique thread pitch which aids in insertion and maximizes pull out strength. The Tomahawk Anchor is evolving the GreenRepair, so once the anchor is used and all that is left is the inserter, set it back in the GreenRepair box to be sterilized and sent back for a rebate.


The anchor comes in three sizes: the TIG248 has a 4.8mm diameter, the TIG255 has a 5.5mm diameter, and the TIG265 has a 6.5mm diameter. The anchor comes preloaded with tape and suture combinations, so it's a quick connect and go, optimizing time in the OR.
