The Manticore 2.9 mm anchors are PEEK-based fixation devices for arthroscopic labral repair. The sliding configuration features preloaded suture delivered through a guide, while the knotless configuration requires the suture to be passed through the labrum and then through the anchor to create a knotless repair construct.
